Gaskets on cooler doors not maintained. Instructed to replace gaskets to have tight fitting around cooler door frame. Storage shelves in inside walk in cooler rusted. Instructed to apply non-toxic sealant to surface.
Facility not maintaining proper temperature while storing potentially hazardous foods. Prep cooler internal temperature at 44.6F. Instructed that coolers must maintain 40F or below at all times. Critical citation issued 7-38-005(A).
