The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned. SEAL ALL HOLES IN WALLS AND MAKE WALLS TIGHT FITTING THROUGHOUT i.e. IN STUDENT LUNCHROOM AND MANAGERS OFFICE, PREVENTING INSECTS ENTRANCE AND HARBORAGE.
The flow of air discharged from kitchen fans shall always be through a duct to a point above the roofline. DETAIL CLEAN ALL VENT COVERS THROUGHOUT HEAVY WITH DUST.
The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. DETAIL CLEAN FLOORS THROUGHOUT REPLACING ALL MISSING FLOOR TILE AND COVING THROUGHOUT.

A HELD FOR INSPECTION TAG PLACED ON UNIT .ONCE REPAIRED FAX LETTER TO (312)746-4240.(NO CITATION ISSUED).
