MUST ALSO REPAIR DAMAGED SEAT COVERS IN FIRST FLOOR DINING & ON 3rdFL BALCONEY SEATING AREA. MUST REMOVE FOIL LININGS UNDER TABLE SHELVING UNIT IN KITCHEN.
The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. OBSERVED FLOORS IN MEN'S AND LADIES TOLETS ON 1stFL,BASEMENT AND 3rdFL WITH DEBRIS,INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN. ALSO FOUND FLOORS IN BEER WALK-IN COOLER HAVING WATER,INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN AND MAINTAIN DRY AT ALL TIMES.
All food and non-food contact surfaces of equipment and all food storage utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized daily. FOUND TOILET BOWL IN MALE TOILET AT BASEMENT,HAND WASH SINK IN LADIES ON 3RDFL,AND INSIDE CABINETS AT FIRST FLOOR BAR AREA,INSIDE REACH IN FREEZER IN BASEMENT WITH STAINS AND DEBRIS,INSFRUCTED MANAGEMENT TO CLEAN AND MANTAIN SAME AT ALL TIMES. ALSO 3COMP.SINKS ON 2nd AND 3rd FLOOR BAR AREAS WITH STAINS NEEDS TO BE CLEANED.
