Thermometer not visible inside coolers. Instructed to have thermoemters conspicuous inside all coolers.
Multi use utensils not properly stored. Instructed to wrap utensils stored on tables in dining rooms and invert utensils on storage shelves to prevent contamination before use.
Prep tables, cooking equipment, utensils, interior ice machine panel, can opener, fan covers in walk-in cooler and storage shelves under prep tables not cleaned. Instructed to detail clean and sanitize daily.
Light bulb not working inside walk-in cooler. Instructed to replace non-working bulbs.
Outside grease trap not maintained or rodent proofed. Observed grease trap with encrusted grease on exterior of container, on top of lid and ground around grease trap. Instructed to detail clean area and grease trap to prevent rodent and insects. Serious citation issued 7-38-020

Cooler shelving/racks that had peeling paint/rust, shall be repaired/replaced.
Non food contact surfaces of cooler, walk in cooler shelving/racks not clean, need detailed cleaning(crevices).
Floors in kitchen prep area under heavy equipment need detailed cleaning(corners).
Damaged/stained ceiling tiles in prep areas, shall be replaced.
Light shields in kitchen prep area not clean, need detailed cleaning.
Exhaust vents(ventilation) in walk in cooler, coolers not clean, need detailed cleaning(crevices).
