Floors in kitchen prep area (1st floor student kitchen)under heavy equipment, cooking equipment need cleaning, floors in bsmt kitchen storage room (main kitchen) need detailed cleaning(corners), grout along wallbase by ovens in main kitchen, shall be repaired/sealed.
Walls, ceiling in main kitchen(bsmt) not clean need detailed cleaning, walls in student prep area need cleaning. Damaged/stained ceiling tiles in classrooms/lunchroom(1st floor, 2nd floor)shall be repaired/replaced. Wall in rear kitchen hallway that had peeling paint, shall be repaired/sealed.
Missing light shields in dish machine area, front kitchen counter area, and lunchroom shall be provided. missing light shields in classrooms(Bsmt,1st, and 2nd floors)shall be provided.
Teacher's, Staff bathroom doors were missing self closing mechanism, must provide self closing mechanism to bathroom doors.
Exhaust canopy not clean, need cleaning(main kitchen, and student kitchen), exhaust vents(ventilation)in bsmt cooler not clean need cleaning(detailed). Leaking faucet in bsmt prep area 1 comparment sink, shall be repaired/replaced. Exhaust fan in 2nd floor bathroom in state of disrepair. shall be repaired/replaced.
