MUST REMOVE DROPPINGS,CLEAN & SANITIZE AREAS,RODENT PROOF DOOR.
The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned.MUST SCRAPE & PAINT:PEELING PAINT ON WALLS.REPLACE STAINED CEILING TILES WHERE NEEDED.SEAL WALLBASES.
All food and non-food contact surfaces of equipment and all food storage utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized daily.CLEAN LIGHT SHIELDS IN TOILET ROOM.
