REQUIRED CORRECTION: CORRECT IMMEDIATELY. After working with raw eggs, hands rinsed in 2-bin sink (designated for dishwash & food prep -- handwash sink is single sink to left of 2-bin sink);
Employees at 2-3 times were observed washing hands in 2-basin sink & not handwash
REQUIRED CORRECTION: CORRECT IMMEDIATELY. Food employees shall clean their hands by using a cleaning procedure of approximately 20 seconds that includes vigorous friction on the surfaces of the lathered fingers, finger tips, areas between the fingers, hands and arms for at least 10 to 15 seconds, followed by a thorough rinsing under clean, running water.

*Note that this was checked at the end of a busy coffee rush and cooler had been opened and closed frequently.
