  • VIOLATION OF SECTION 6-501.12 The establishment is not cleaned as often as necessary or at a time when the least amount of food is exposed, specifically: Some grease accumulation to left of grill. REQUIRED CORRECTION: The physical facilities shall be cleaned as often as necessary to keep them clean. Cleaning shall be done during periods when the least amount of food is exposed, such as after closing.

Each handwashing lavatory or group of adjacent handwashing lavatories shall be provided with a supply of individual disposable towels, a continuous towel system that supplies the user with a clean towel, or a heated-air hand drying device.

REQUIRED CORRECTION: Handwashing facilities shall be kept clean and be properly maintained and used.

Also, the soap dispenser was empty (there is another about 10 feet away above the 2-compartment sink though). REQUIRED CORRECTION: Handwashing facilities shall be kept clean and be properly maintained and used.
