For a large vanilla ice coffee in morning and it had a weird taste to it .creamer was funky. Only took about 5 sips out of the straw and decided something was bad and didn’t consume the rest . Ate nothing else all day do to work .. at 3:45am next morning had cramps and extremely severe diarrhea with large dark red lumps of blood in it . A lot and like Every 10 minutes . Looked up food poisoning and symptoms of EColi have exact same results including photos people post on line . It’s been3 days now and the bleeding has stopped this morning but still having cramps and normal still diarrhea. I will never do to this McDonalds ever again in my life . Dirty and ran by kids
