An employee in the deli was observed filling a plastic container in the hand sink across from the meat slicers.
The shelves in the starbucks milk reach-in refrigerator were rusty.
The door gasket, in the target food service area, dough reach-in freezer was torn. The caulking on the deli preparation table to the right of the meat slicers was torn. The caulking on the deli preparation table to the left of the meat slicers was torn. The caulking on the deli three compartment sink was torn.
The interior equipment, of the starbucks ice machine, was moldy.
The dish machine in the back of the deli was soiled with hard water build-up.
The deli floor behind the Henny Penny Steamer was soiled with food debris. The dairy walk-in refrigerator floor was soiled with food debris. Ice build-up was observed in the dairy walk-in freezer. The dairy walk-in freezer floor was soiled with food debris.
A light in the dry storage area of the target food service area was not functioning. Several lights in the large dry storage area were not functioning. A light in the front cake display area was not functioning. Several lights in the back of the deli dry storage area and ware washing area were not functioning.
