General Comment. Water was leaking out around the hose connection and backflow prevention device at the can wash-recommend disconnecting hose when not in use and keeping water turned off.

General Comment. The thermometer on the seafood display case may not be accurate. I checked the air temp of the cooler- it was 38F and the thermometer read 44F, food temps were in the low 30's.

Repeat. The dumpster area needs cleaning. There is litter around the dumpster area.

General Comment. Overall equipment cleaning looks good. Be sure to clean the cabinet beneath the seafood display case.

Need to keep live shellfish (clams, mussels or oysters) stored in their own container separate from other seafood. There were a couple of lobster tails in the same container with the mussels. The container of mussels in the refrigerator was not draining and the mussels were sitting in melted ice, need to allow for this container to drain. CDI Mussels were put in their own container.
