  • Critical. Single-use gloves not changed as needed after changing tasks or when damaged or soiled. Employee at the makeline going from task to tasks without washing her hands and changing her gloves.

Observed employee handling soiled equipment or utensils then engage in food preparation, handle clean equipment or utensils, or touch unwrapped single-service items, without washing hands. Observed walking in from the rear exit, employee cleaning at the mop sink area was called by the employee at the makeline for fries, the employee walk to the handsink, pushed down the paper towel, wiped his hands, walked in to the walk in cooler brought the fries, went to the fryers, fried the fries without washing his hands. Observed repeated violation of the handwashing with this employee.
