Found out when establishment was approved they were supposed to have a 3 compartment sink in front of walk in cooler and freezer, right now there is a prep table with coffee machines and a handsink. Manager said is being like this for the last 7 years. Need three copies of plans , proof of water sewer and copy of menu, money order for $150.00. Must be completed within 60 days./ a 30 days time extended will give per supervisor ED WEIMER.
