Except if it doesn't work at $1 million per month, then it doesn't work at $1,000 per month. The same concept applies why it fails. It is just that it becomes yet another tax from producers to consumers.

You know someone (company/group/nation) right now has to be training something 1000x bigger just in case.
AI force multilpier = short term targeted control

AI Overlords = long term widespread control

If that's the case the problem solves itself. Over 99% of the population is no longer fit to exist and is allowed to die off. The 1% left have bots and machines and humanity spontaneously evolves. Hal knew that humans being involved weren't mission critical. Lol

And our government is encouraging that with population control.
Biden's main campaign themes....access to abortion and access to castration for the youth.

Do you really have to introduce such a tiresome post into a thread that is interesting? That is all regurgitated several times a day everyday here.

Think...it's all connected. The government is playing the long game here.
it won't happen overnight.

Decrease the population while AI takes over. Transhumans won't be reproducing. Digital currency removes the need for individuals to actually work since the government can just press a few buttons and people have *money*.

The dots are all there and just need "connecting".

What consumers if most jobs are automated?

We're going to need some evolution from capitalism if we truly make most labor obsolete.

Thinking it says more about IBM than AI, honestly...

So I saw an interview with the CEO of IBM. He was asked if IBM is going to have much fewer employees in the future. He said he sees IBM having around the same amount of employees but being twice as big. The idea is to supercharge companies. I know people will simply say he is evil and lying and throw out insults but that makes sense to me.
