And those shows can go to hell too as far as I'm concerned.

Last I heard Billy Brown was being paid $25,000 per episode plus residuals. The rest of the family was making between $10,000 to $16,000 per episode each. Plus they do a number of personal appearances during the off season for which they are also paid. These people made bank. Hopefully they'll invest some of that money in dental work.....

I read somewhere the Brown kids each have a net worth of between 40-60K. That's not much, especially for people with no job skills. The reality gravy train won't last forever...something tells me no one in that family is planning for their future.

It's as real as Looney Tunes but not quite as entertaining.

The Alaskan Bush People is, I have to say, one of the last shows I'll watch as it is rather put on, I mean, come on, "The Wolf Pack?" and then a grown man howling? Really? And that one kid howling all the time.

What really gets to me is the mother....every time, her boy brings home a girl for a first time meetings, she asks the girl, "Do you like children?"

If the mother of my boyfriend, asked me that question, the very first time I met her, well, I think I'd run as fast as possible to get away? LOL....

I love Alaska the Last Frontier, and The Last Alaskan's - with the homesteading permit for 100 years.

But, we all have to keep in mind, it's simply a show....I mean, even though Billy is all gloom and doom, every time something happens, you know the camera team is right there, so....
