Do you?
My wife brought this up tonight. We were watching Extreme Cheapskates where a guy poured box wine into an expensive wine brand bottle. My wife explained how it's stupid to pay for more expensive wine because most of us can't tell the difference between expensive wine & cheap wine. I agreed.
A few years back I bought two bottles of wine. A $5 bottle to drink with dinner that night and a $25 bottle to take to a party the next evening. Well, being the dumbass that I am, I opened the wrong bottle and didn't realize it until I was about to leave. The best part of my night was listening to the wine snob at the party rave about the bottle I bought. (I believe it was Blue Fin Chard).
My low price faves are Rex Goliath Pinot Noir and Alamos Malbec. There is also a wine company in Massachusetts called 90+ the bottles wines that received 90 plus points under their own label. It's well available in New England, but you may need to search for it a bit outside of NE. I generally find them to be excellent for the price. ($10-$15 a bottle)/

I haven't checked what others have posted, but I am guessing some would say, the same as me: Two buck Chuck from T. Joes. I think way back when we drank Thunderbird at about a buck fifty. Oh God, those were the days or were they?
We just opened a bottle of Crane yesterday. It was a white, but I don't remember which one, I am guessing Pinot Grecio. It isn't bad at all, especially the reds.
Francis Ford Coppola's "Votre Sante" Pinot Noir, 2011 Vintage
Clean Slate Riesling
"Josh Cellars" Cabernet Sauvignon, 2011 Vintage
Found all of these for around $12 per bottle. The Pinot is fruity and jammy like a good pinot should be and is great with pasta. The Riesling is sweet without being cloying, and the Cab is strong enough to stand up to a good steak.
