Your inability to avoid politicizing everything notwithstanding, California gets more snow than Arizona, genius. It has more northerly latitudes and higher elevations. Guess that explains all the glaciers, and the fact that the winter Olympics have been held there.
I love how people love to show their superiority on this forum by insulting others. I don’t think this person meant that it doesn’t snow anywhere in California! But actually, in most of the population centers, eg LA area, Bay Area, and Central Valley, it “almost” never snows. As someone who has lived over 50 years around that state, not one time in my life could I walk outside my home and make so much as a snowball. That isn’t to say that on “very rare” occasions we didn’t get an unmeasurable white dusting, but never would we need a 4WD. For that, we would have to make a day trip to the Tahoe area. So yes, if you don’t want any snow, move to California or stay in Phoenix.

I wanted to see the snow but no one wanted to go They said we left that crap why would we drive TO it? LOL

I said it is much prettier here than back East AND we are only visiting

I sent some pics online that people took of the snow up North to my friend's fam/back east and it's funny how people are shocked that it gets cold and snows in AZ
