Exactly. I had to take of my wife's cute little paw license plat cover because i didn't want her pulled over and given that ridiculous over $100 fee.

I thought California was bad with their CARB laws, but California is looking more and more attractive as these days go by in Phoenix.

FOOD for thought !! is this not discrination , They have said that "ONLY" Arizona vehicles will be stoped and ticketed. OUT of state vehicles with the frames will be excused . "EXCUSE ME" !!!

Those who live out of state (and their vehicles are registered in another state) can argue, successfully, that they would not be knowledgeable about this Arizona Statute.

And, what is this word mean: discrination

So as long as it does not cover ARIZONA, it's legal?

As long as the word "ARIZONA" is completely uncovered, the license plate frame is acceptable

I wonder if the license frame law has anything to do with speed cameras... maybe they can't tell what state you are from and that is screwing it up??
