Ortigas (this is not part of BGC or Makati). It's not surrounded by slums. It's surrounded by some of the most expensive residential areas in the country.
There are no skyscrapers because it's so close to the airport. But the whole area is being built from the ground up, because it's all reclaimed land (like the Jakarta artificial islands). This area is bigger than BGC and Makati CBD combined.
Alabang- a more spread-out suburban area but developing quickly. It's nowhere near the other areas I mentioned.
somewhat similar but PIK 2 but Jakarta has a different taste because there are culinary tours near its beaches. by the way Manila bay is being dredged all the time
You can't compare the fake Chinatown to BGC, where people actually live, work, and play. BGC is an actual urban environment. The place you posted it somewhere where people just go to eat and take selfies. It's nice that it's outside for a change though. Jakarta is finally catching on. But Northern Jakarta will be underwater soon anyway.
I haven't been there yet but your wrong this not a fake China Town but it is a newly built China Town with name : chinatown pantjoran JAKARTA , it's different from other China Towns in Jakarta which are decades old even hundreds of years

There’s two parts of Manila Bay. Old Downtown (in the video) and the new reclaimed land area where all the resorts, casinos, and hotels are.

How is it a Chinatown if no one lives there? It’s just restaurants- basically an outdoor foodcourt. It’s nice, but it in no way compares to BGC. People actually live, work, go to school, hang out, exercise, etc etc in BGC. It’s a real urban area. Even the fake Venice in Manila has all of those things that make it an urban area.
The newer part of Manila Bay, being newly built completely from the ground-up on 700 hectares of reclaimed land. It's as large as Makati's CBD area, BGC, and Ortigas combined.
The video kinda only focuses on a small section of the area, but it's a huge area. There are height restrictions because the airport is right next door to this area. So the buildings are shorter and boxier, but it gives a different feel from other areas. It has lots of condos, hotels, resorts, casinos, concert venues, and other entertainment venues. Most of the land is not even developed yet, but there's already a lot there.

I'm confused with you, it's obvious that China Town, then old China Town in Manila is fake because it's only for culinary sales ?
the difference is china town in Manila there are no chineses but mostly Filipino

Chinatown in Manila has schools, churches, hospitals, condos, malls, houses, hotels, etc etc. People actually live there.
Plenty of Chinese still live there but most of the workers they hired are Filipino. But a lot of Chinese neighborhoods are now in the Greenhills area in San Juan.
The fake Chinatown you posted on Golf Island is not an actual Chinatown. Nobody lives there. It's just a place to go eat
