Great map overall, but as noted by u/killroy200 there are some imperfections:

Agreed. It is a good map. But most of those are important caveats to note.

I thought the redline extension was canceled in favor of its unknown 4 station BRT line they plan to build on 400

That is correct. See notes on imperfections in that map.
