Sandy Springs should focus more on Sandy Springs rather than the 2 miles of highway that go through it. That goes for every little municipality that foams from the mouth at the opportunity to "protect" their little stretch of road that people use to drive by them.

So they should let superspeeders drive however they want?

Yup. I would rather them patrol Sandy Springs residential and commercial areas but that doesn’t generate any revenue so there’s that.

The superspeeders must of all got ticketed, because for most or all of April I haven't seen them. In March when the shutdown started it was very noticeable you had superspeeders doing 90-100+.

One thing I have noticed from March to now is not speeding, its how easy our freeways can get clogged. Drivers actually need to step on it a little bit, and DEFINITELY not drive beside each other and on top one another. Driving convoy style like that is how traffic is easily created, plus its not safe because if there is an obstruction ahead, where are you going to go to avoid an accident? THis is not unique to Atlanta, its all over the US, I just wish drivers would NOT drive beside one another...SLOWLY and create slow moving convoys, causing traffic for all!

Ever occurred to you that they could try both? Or are you going to keep going with that false choice?
