Not to mention the fact that the place is already framed up and well underway. Was by there yesterday and noted someone working on it, ironically, on Sunday.

Im pretty sure this announcement is for the Aldi, Chick-Fil-A has been moving fast.

well this is good.. changing the zoning from mobile home park to R-1 residential.. any idea what part of Gordon Hwy this is? I am guessing near the Fort close to Grovetown?

It will be on the vacant land west of the Haynes Station subdivision.

It could be another phase of Haynes Station or the more expensive portion. The address of Haynes Station is 2795 Gordon Highway. Sims Landing subdivision is under construction between Willhaven and Haynes Station.
