Yeah, he is doing a great job.

Only the Police are happy with him as he gave them less work to do and lied to the public about the reason why.
I suspect the rolling of eyes, top be a result of the embarrassment that must be surely yours,
suggesting contract tracing has not being carried out in Victoria.
Where do you get off advocating propaganda contrary to the health of Victorians?

Sure you would prefer Tony Abbott running the show in Vic, and allowing tens of thousands, surplus to neo rationalist requirements, but luckily your preferences play no part in what needs to be done.

Andrews is doing a good job under the circumstances.

lol, nice try troubes. Perhaps if you want to engage in conversation rather than trolling you really should maintain at least a minimum standard of awareness around the topic.

Victoria are doing contact tracing - terribly. They are now, 6 months too late, engaging with others who do it well (NSW) to see how they can improve. And only due to "encouragement" from the PM. Their pathway planning for exiting restrictions was based on no improvement in contact tracing. Either a massive blunder or an acknowledgement that they think they can't rise to an acceptable standard. If those are the standards of input to their "super computer" modelling, no wonder the output is so dire.

As each days goes by, the people of Victoria are seeing that poor Dan is doing and has done, a terrible job on their behalf.

No try. Back of net with ease. But then the opposition prefers 'grandstanding' and claiming faux fouls

A clear stumping no if's or buts, time to vacate the crease and quit squabbling over whose bringing out the drinks.

The real issue being as you should, if having any consistency being why has Australia become a police state?
Why am I and others being allowed to exit the country?

Shame for you Tony Abbott is not Premier. Or even more to the point your client Dutton. But Dan's the Man, fronting up and ignoring rubble rousers , many with own vested interests, in order to get the job done.
That job to halt as far as possible infection from spreading in Victoria and in turn putting an end to the high death rate.

Where you may be taken a little more seriously, besides the authoritarian refusal to allow departure from the penal colony, would be a demand into a serious investigation into the shocking state of Aged Care in Australia.

You sound like Dan Andrews, drivel and diversion and zero substance.

Umpire, this pitch intruder remains at the crease. Can't he be removed by the 'strong arm' of the law? I realize that the culprit is delusional, the repetitive patter/chatter, further underlining the degree of confusion being experienced, but surely far more relevant things need to be got on with?

The opening of the gates to The Penal Colony for example.

Another shameful display from the accidental Qld Premier today. She is really trying to end her career. This is probably the day she will look back on as the turning point. It seems her cabinet cronies can see what is going on with 3 announcing their retirement this week.

At least the Chief Health Officer was honest about how they assess requests to cross the border - first and foremost, it is about business and the $$$

It was awful seeing that young woman from Canberra being granted permission to visit her dying father only after he had died then being told by some perfunctory that as her dad was dead she no longer had the right to be in Queensland. I'm actually quite shocked at how cruel the Queensland government is behaving. It's totally unnecessary. There are ways to reduce risk with testing etc in circumstances like this.

It is just absurd. It is only because she thinks "acting tough" and "protecting queenslanders" is going to play well at the Election. Feels like the tide is turning on that nonsense.

And the Chief Health Officer says we let the AFL in because of they money they are bringing with them. What the hell is a Health Officer concerning herself with those considerations? And the Premier is completely throwing her under the bus saying that only the Health Officer has the power to make the decisions on admission. Just pathetic.

Take a look at this disgrace if you can stomach it: https://7news.com.au/lifestyle/healt...ther-c-1304260

Never mind. Great to see the WA Premier acting in WA's interests. BHP 'The Big Australian', I believe it was once called. It it even Australian? Not matter the Real Estate Lobby have cracked a victory. Champers al round tonight, I expect.

Now just need the party to get re started at a Federal Level post virus, no wonder Scomo is salivating at the mouth.
Oh the joy. Back to the eighties. More deregulation and further Union controls, combined with lower taxes that will favour the rich, impacting ever further on well being and not a pleasant future in the making.

I don't like watching an elected official defer responsibility to a public servant. If the CHO is told by the government "we don't want any cases" then the CHO will provide advice on how to achieve that outcome. Dan Andrews, to his credit, always said the buck stops with him. I was disgusted when the NSW government set up that state epidemiologist to take the fall for the Ruby Princess inquiry. Very poor form to hide behind a civil servant.

I saw that story about the dying father. I just can't believe there isn't some compromise that can be made.
