because it would be a fun little AWD V-8 muslce ute that could have launch control and could pull 0-60 in the under 5 second mark and still get through winter with proper all seasons.

it would be a lighter version of the jeep SRT-8 which means it will be faster than the jeep SRT-8

plus the burble of a Hemi V-8 coming from a VW would be interesting

Although definitely interesting from a hypothetical viewpoint, this product wouldn't make much sense in terms of what the market wants.

VW already has the 4.2 from the Tourareg, which uses existing VW mounts and overall parts compatability. if they were going to make aV8 sport version, they'd just dip into the parts bin and use that...

But hell yeah, a hemi in that little thing would be awesome!

The new products from Dodge and Jeep will be enough to keep.them going. I'm stoked to see the new Charger and the 6.4l.

to be honest there are only two dodge products I like. That is the Ram 2500/3500 with the cummins diesel and the hemi challenger the rest are not that appealing to me.

the charger is nice outside but the interior is rental car the SRT-8 and the base V-6 pretty much look the same besides some rims and badges.

if dodge steps their game up they may pull through but as it stands the most popular dodge products are their heavy duty truck.

they lost their halo sports car since the viper is in hiatus and it's future is in doubt and may or may not come back in 2012 which is a huge blow to dodge since the corvette is now king of the hill once again in american built supercars.

The LX cars are getting a make over next year. Lots of spy shots but Dodge is keeping it a secret pretty good.

Here is the 300 interior.

That interior would look great back in 1999.
