I've never had it happen, lately. Have had it happen on occasion especially when living in Detroit area, but usually just a FLAT DO NOT CALL sufficed to have them leave me alone.

Are you serious? They are salespeople. Of course they want your number and of course they are going to use to g to be fullest extent.
Wow 9 pages on why the op can’t handle this themselves, do people have to get advice on everything that happens to them in life, grow up and tell the dealer to stop calling or you block their calls, grow up be a man. What is this world coming to were people can’t figure out how to handle their own business.
