Not in the past few years, but purchased a 2004 Forester in 2011. I would buy it again, great overall value in a compact package.
I also LOVE my 2006 Forester! So much so that I told a sales rep this summer when I was window shopping the new models that if I had known in 2006 what Foresters would look like and cost in 2018, I would have bought two back then and mothballed one.
The sales rep looked at me like I had three heads and told me I was an atypical buyer. Ha Ha
I have a 2014 Taurus Limited. I'm probably the only person in the US who actually likes these cars. It's a big car, rides very comfortably, adequate power (288HP), huge trunk, and a nice assortment of technology with it's infotainment center and other electronics.
If I could go back, I would have gotten the SHO model. I want the twin turbo 3.5L V6 and 365HP
We have a 2017 Jeep grand cherokee and my wife loves it. We looked at the Explorer and Murano and I think we made the right choice.
If I could go back in time I would add a trailer hitch that I totally forgot about. I have a truck to tow the boat but my bike rack fits in a 2" receiver. I could add one myself for about $200 but the factory installed hitch is through a cut out in the bumper and is a much cleaner look but it costs $500 to have the dealer do it. $500 is a lot of money to spend for having the option to hang my bike back there.
Is $500 really a lot of money to have it done right and not like you did it yourself on the cheap?
In 2014, I bought a certified preowned 2013 Subaru Outback 2.5i (base model) which served our needs well and my only regret is that I didn't buy a Limited model.
Last year, we traded it in for a 2018 Volkswagen Tiguan SEL Premium 4 Motion.
We had such a great experience with the Tiguan that we also bought a 2017 Volkswagen Alltrack SEL we found on clearance earlier this year.
We are absolutely pleased with both vehicles and have no regrets.
Bought a 2018 Accord 2.0T Touring. If I were to do it over again, I might get the 1.5T Touring or 1.5T EX-L (trim level below) as I don't really need the extra power, and the extra few MPG would be nice over the life of the car. Plus, I'd save a few dollars on the price of the car. I would also consider the Honda Insight which would give me what I like out of the Civic and the Accord and puts them in one package.
But with that being said, I'm very happy with my purchase.
I have a 2014 Ram 1500 Big Horn Hemi Crew Cab, purchased used with 29k miles Mar 2017.
If the question assumes that my financial situation would be the same, then I would buy it again. I searched for my 1st ever truck, and love it. The only difference would be if I had more money I probably would have purchased a newer models with a few things my truck doesn't have - moonroof, GPS on the display, backup camera.
2015 Dodge Grand Caravan SXT and yes I would do it again. I would only want to add a couple of options we didn't get with this one. I would have loved to get a Ford Explorer, but I'm happy with the van.
