my boy george hill (wish he was still a spur but ill take leonard too)

now they put a "top notch defender" on him, had this been nash it would have been even easier (could it get easier?)

oh and kobe had a triple double of sorts. 40 points (28 shots the other 4 starters combined for 33) 10 rebounds and 10 turnovers.

It sucked to see Kobe's 3 wasted. Sometimes I feel kobe should be on a team like the sixers. A team that can execute and have a star player aka not the lakers

asik is looking well worth the money lin on the other hand not so much.
he has had 4 ok+ games and 10 terrible-just bad. i mean 10 games shooting less then 40% and he averages 27% from 3. and lets not even get started on his defense. last night lowry had a stinker shooting (still had 8 rb and 5 assists in 27 minutes) but calderon went 4-9 (4-8 from 3) for 12 points and 7 assists in 24 minutes.

bottom line, ill agree he is "coming around" when he actually comes around, not when he has 2 ok games in a row. when he starts shooting closer to 43-44% thats about average for guard that has "come around" im thinking.

Kobe took 28 shots and in the 4th quarter he took one shot in the paint and otherwise a bunch of long jumpers.

That's not the recipe for success for that team. I thought they'd started to find a rythm and spread the ball around etc. That loss was a step backwards IMO.

Wall should be looking to speed up his return

Who is a star player on the sixers?

The franchise needs to accomplish something first before someone on that team is labeled a star. Jrue Holiday is a good player who is getting better but that's all I see when I think of a star

That's right because injury recovery is all in your head and can be decided on the speed of.

No I was saying if kobe was on the sixers, he'd have a better chance at winning a title. He's be the star. Not Jrue. The Sixers are slept on and if I'd ask any nba player what teams are challenges for you (especially on the road), they'd list the sixers as one of them. So with this good sixers team w/o Bynum ATM, imagine how good they'd be with Kobe.

Thar sixers team has a ceiling called the 2nd round and I don't see that changing as long as Lebron is in the Eastern Conference. May

Kobe is still the star in LA so I'm not following your point.

If your point is that the 76ers 1-7 slots are collectively better than the Lakers 2-7....yeah maybe.

The Lakers really only have 3 good players. Kobe, Dwight, Gasol...and Kobe is not able to do it all for 40 minutes like he could back in the day.
