We have wifi with wild blue.net so were able to get rid of our land line so there is high speed in the acres. No mandatory association fees and road maintenance dues are optional. We love the acres and have been here 25 years. We don't bother anyone and they don't bother us. Just keep to ourself and mind your own business.
