But with that said a fried chicken from Chic-fil-a was found to be healthier than a grilled chicken from McDonald's. Chic-fil-a fries their chicken in all peanut oil. Goes to show, the "low-fat" business (and calorie counting) is a bunch of nonsense. You have to know all the ingredients. Not all fats are created equal, nor are all sugars even. You're better off eating 20 g of sugar if it's cane sugar than 10 g of sugar HFCS. And the artificial sweeteners, STAY AWAY.

Bottom line is, you are just better preparing it all yourself.

Amen brother. That's the best way to go for your health and it can be fun too.

You can usually find at least one healthy thing most anywhere... select or saltie girl in back bay have good seafood, uni in back bay or oishii south end have good sushi...if you like salads check out sweetgreen..u can seriously find a healthy item on most menus. Maybe avoid the pubs although Boston has its fair share

Bailey and sage.

I mean really most restaurants have healthy and unhealthy options. You can go to a Chinese restaurant and order steamed tofu and broccoli or crab Rangoon and general gao chicken.
B good burns the burger, every location I've been in. Burned meat = carcinogen

Look for restaurants that source locally. We have many in and around Boston.

Very hard to eat healthy when eating out. I was really waiting for someone to say "Chipotle". I can't believe many people thought that place was healthy. Just because they say "fresh" doesn't mean it is healthy.

It actually is. Just avoid the flour tortillas.

A fully loaded burrito bowl still clocks in at almost a thousand calories.
