This isn’t to say it all kumbaya over here but the history is very different and less oppressive amongst all of us than it is between any group and white people. We all are generally blue (especially in Massachusetts) and generally way more urban than white people.

I mean I literally watched white kids ridicule one of two eat Asian kids in my class without hesitation. I do wonder how he felt internally. Black people have to live with a bad brand righ? we have a bad some circles crime, or poverty. We know that to be the case we know where it comes from. We deal with it best we can

And it’s absolutely not true it’s the white people driving a wedge between Hispanics and Asians. Different groups have different interests all by themselves. (Unless I’m misunderstanding what you’re saying). Or like the Anti-Asian hate crime wave in 2020 had a big part of it done by African Americans. It very much wasn’t an exclusively a white supremacy kind of thing Affirmative action was killed by Asian American advocacy. Black people aren’t particularly pro immigration and drastically.

A lot of left wingers very much pretend anyone who isn’t a straight white Christian male is some sort of bloc but they’re really not. This intersectionality is very much not how people act in the real world. Minorities are not natural Ally’s of each other.

I think we both know Wu does stuff like this because as a suburban Harvard educated kid from Illinois who has been in politics her whole post grad life. She is totally alienated from “the struggle”. And wants street cred. She wants to “fight the power” or whatever but she is the power. Deep down she knows she is less like people like Tito Jackson than Walsh was and she is very insecure about it.

All one has to do is look at the hate-filled vitriol directed at her to where the FBI has to get involved.

That’s a really good reason for not even feeling safe around any white people at this time. You don’t know who is trustworthy with the leaking emails and mental health rumors spread about her.

This really Buffalo behavior doesn’t happened with other groups. That’s the commonality.

At one point during the 2010s I was thinking of buying in a guard gated golf community. The clubhouse was sometimes rented out (for events) to groups that had no connection to the community. For one group, the invitation to their event was online. The group was........the Sons of Confederate Veterans.

I remember no-whites-invited events in local government from when I was working there more than twenty years ago. And it was during work hours!

And true "reverse" discrimination? As a POC, I have yet to see that in action anywhere in my corporate career. I've always felt like I had to work harder than a White counterpart just to get a voice at the table.
