What was there?
An old theatre and some small one or two story abandoned brick structures. Nothing too important, aside from the historic theatre there, but the Courthouse will fill in a much needed gap in the streetscape of our City.

Yes, it would , but the New Federal Courthouse will certainly fill in nicely as a modern addition to our slowly growing skyline.
