well I can go on saying why a place named in-n-out is not so great but it might be a lil off topic.

As these In-N-Out burgers are apparently the be all and end all of burger joints it seems to me to open a franchise is akin to a license to print money so why does the company insist on remaining solely in the California area, why not go national with the brand?

I guess you get what you pay for.

I guess I'm biased as I'm not really a fan of fast food (except for Chipotle type places) anyways.
You do make some sense. I also am not huge consumer of fast foods, but there are times when they hit the spot or are convenient. As for "5 Guys", I have only been there twice and for the money I was not at all impressed. I think the point that is missed so often and you hit on it is: the cost compared to other similar choices. IN&Out uses nothing but fresh, from baking the rolls to cutting the potatoes daily. For under $2 you don't expect that. In fact few places do this anymoe. fries: great when still really hot, otherwise I am not impressed.

Again PLEASE look at the previous pages.
Have I read every single post? No,only someone with noting better to do, can take the time, but I have kept up with your rant from time to time; again, based on how you word thiings and your carrying on, it is obvious you have very little experience in the world outside. This is to be expected for a kid who hasn't reall been around long or learned when to "give it up". For me, I am off the subject for now, knowing some people just don't know when they can not win and I don't have time to see them constantly repeating themselves. Will it make a difference tomorrow, next week, next year of later in life, whether you think In&Out is good or bad? No.

They are clean, they hire good workers, who care about the job and know the importance of quality for the money. There are a few other things I like about both companies, but that belongs on another thread.

They have spread out the west: NV, Utah and Texas. They only open new territories after they build a warehouse that is close enough to make sure everything does stay fresh from pick up to store delivery. There are people through out the country that keep hoping thier area will be the next. The company choose to stay in Calif from the beginning until the original part of the family left this earth. When the granddaughter (I think it was) took over a slow expansion started. But they are moving very slowly, to protect the reputation and keep everything as close to what made them so popular as they can. You can google the company and find out more about them.
