Canada did the right thing by speaking out against human rights abuses but I am sure Trudeau will jump to please the Saudis. We would be better off having no ties with this islamofacist state.
The Saudis are known to have funded mosques in Ottawa and Calgary and an Islamic centre in Quebec City, and are believed to have funded many other institutions across Canada. According to a high-level 2004 task-force report on terrorist financing by the U.S. Council on Foreign Relations, in its desire to make the world Sharia-compliant, Saudi Arabia spent hundreds of millions of dollars to fund 210 Islamic centres and 1,359 mosques in the U.S., Canada and other countries around the world. “Saudi Arabia funds the global propagation of Wahhabism, a brand of Islam that, in some instances, supports militancy by encouraging divisiveness and violent acts against Muslims and non-Muslims,” it reported.
