Oncologist thinks it's an enlarged lymph node. He does not seem overly concerned, and I'm not either. He wants to scan it just to be sure. When I reminded him that I'd be having a routine PET/CT in March, we both agreed it could wait until then, so long as it does not get larger. If it does, he wants to know right away.

Thank you all for your support. I'll be very happy to tell you about my clean scan in March.

Sounds encouraging. When you are a cancer survivor, I know every thing can cause a bit of a worry. Not long ago, hubby had an experience that scared us to death. His ongologist wasn't concerned so we relaxed. Sure enough our concerns turned out to be nothing. He will have another CT in the next month or so. Hopefully nothing will show up.

Keep us posted...

Yaaaay Charley! So so happy for you! I knew it was a good sign when I got the best bagel I've found locally just down the street from your son's town. Go with me here - delicious bagels are totally a good omen! :P

Oh I absolutely agree with you! Delaware does NOT know good bagels, but my wife is starting to make her own ... and I think she's getting close to actual New York type bagels. I love Delaware more than I can say. Even the local pizza is fine. But they don't make bagels the way bagels should be made.

Thank you all for your wonderful support.

Now I am hungry for a bagel and lox. Good luck getting anything close to that in western South Dakota.

or here in AR, the best bagels we ever had and by far the best LOX were in San Fernando Valley, CA. Our son in law is Jewish, he was raised in the valley and knew the places that had the best. It seems today, most of the Lox have no flavor...

Oh, update of hubby, he will have his MRI on his stomach this Friday. Wish him luck and prayer for favorable results.
