Thanks for posting that link, Cyn. We won't be watching the game, but I did want to see the ad. All I can say is Wow. I like that saying in the ad about Braylon - "When life throws you a curveball, hit it out of the park."

Hugs, sweetie.

Today, well today is strange for me...I love and admire what the MDA and ALS is doing but of course I want more--I want a cure! I don't want drugs or machines--I want my DH to be okay....
I suppose that is obviously asking to much..but I still want that. :-(

It's not asking too much, Cyn, of course you want your DH to be as he was. And it's a whole lot easier for any of us to offer words of comfort that things are as they are, than it is for you to have to live with the realities of your DH's ALS.... I so wish there was more that we could do to make it easier for you, and wish it was possible to take it all away.....

I felt the same way you do.
I appreciated the things that helped but what I needed were things to give me hope.

Cyn. Check this site out. Maybe it can help, you can download it for a DIY version. I think they are very reasonable should you decide to buy one.

Hi cyn & all been offline having trouble with AT&T Uverse I won't get started here about it.

Just saw that ALS ad just now on the TV not paying attention to the game but just watching the commercials. Funny any other time I fast forward or do something else during commercials.
