Hello all,
It's been a long time with no updates from me on little Sidney. Things have been hard and I dont visit here as much as I used to. I miss my Snarf still daily but I will be okay...one day at a time.
Sidney is really changed a lot since the sudden passing of Snarf. He has become a good companion to me. Sleeping right next to me, following me around and staying in the home office with me most days. His newly adopted brother Sport and him have become very close too...they are normally only a few feet away from eachother at all times. Munchkin still does not like Sport at all and there was a terrible cat fight about a week ago. I am thankful I was home and have been putting Sport in the 2 rooms I first introduced him to when we brought him into our home. He is comfortable there and I feel better knowing he is safe when I have to leave for any short periods. They just need time.
Back to Sidney...he is a gentle cat, very loving, still scared to death of people when they come into the house. He is going to be a big boy that is for sure! Still loves to be brushed. Here is a recent picture of him. He is laying on the floor near my chair in the office. He would like to lay under the chair but I wont allow it because I am scared to death I will roll over him. I need to be able to look down and see him ;-) I will try to get a better picture of him walking around showing off his fluffy tail...
Sidney is my little sweetie, I call him my little prince. That is an area rug in my office--Sidney was telling me it's time to retire the fuzzy Christmas socks lol.
I've followed his story since you found him last summer. Now a big boy! I always enjoy seeing pictures of him, I look for them before I go to sleep, he helps me settle down, funny, even through a picutre he has a calming effect.
He's a special baby! Keep posting pictures! With all the crap going on in the world, I like to find positive things like the sydney Saga to keep me going!
