I think that woman looks a little freaky and she also picked about the only half-0way decent "after" pics of Hunter Tylo that exist. Hunter Tylo looks terrible.
Agree, the other after pix didnt look all that bad. But yet again ladies, another example of why NOT to get the lip Botox thing done. Maybe its me, but I'm not a big one on lip appearance...I'm function oriented.
"Duckface" is so trendy now, and among women with more disposable income than brains, there seems to be some kind of oneupsmanship club to see who can have the most ridiculous, pouty lips.
I don't know if it is the worst, the worst is reserved for Jocelyn Wilderstein, sometimes known as the Catwoman.

Nicolette Sheridan used to look good in mid 90's...now has that...suck the drain lip thing....ugh....
Of course, Joan Rivers, and...wow her daughter...on CNN the other night- her mouth is half of her face now...
really sick. Who tells them it looks good? or are they on too much anaesthesia and just let the dr. do as he wishes......
The funniest thing is in daytime how obvious it is... Cindy McCain (McSame's wife) looks like she had the doctor cut out Barbie facial pieces, and wanted them glued to her face....scary.
I have yet to see someones looks improve with this surgery and it seems to go south fast. Ladies, we dont care a whole lot about what your mouth looks like...just what you put in it

Hey from a guys perspective, isnt it kind of creepy, if your S.O. alters herself that much...I mean....its almost like some of these women are trying to fix something internal....and it just doesnt work.....
