I thought back in February, the coroner's office said initially that there wasn't enough water in her lungs to be a drowning and that they were going to wait and see the tox results before making their final conclusion.
Having received the tox results, they NOW rule it accidental drowning . If there wasn't enough water in her lungs to be a drowning, why do the tox results change their initial finding? Clearly, having water present in her lungs would suggest that she was breathing when she went under. But, the coroner's office already knew that BEFORE the tox results came back. So why isn't this a drug overdose (cocaine) or just a cocaine induced heart attack? Why call it a drowning now? The water in the lungs never changed.
yet the family and close friends are all trying to say she was clean...denial is worse than the addict's problem in so many cases...
