CHild abuse is everyones business.
This is a very sad post.
The abuse that happened to me wasn't anyone else's business--and they, at least, respected that. Since there was no one going to court or getting arrested for it.
My guess is U.S. Marshals will escort him back or at least be waiting for him when he steps off the plane.
Out of their jurisdiction too, I'd imagine. Extradition is a useless concept...but since it exists, when will the US extradite Luis Posada Carriles for trial?

That's the point of an extradition. If the agreemant allows officers to travel to the other country to pick up the suspect, then there is no legal issues.

Fine, as long as they don't come back. We don't want them here, let's send them to Cuba. Or Iraq. Or Afghanistan.
Additionally, we put a stop to all immigration. We don't let foreigners in. Our doors are not only closed, but locked and chained shut.
