Just wondering if anyone could tell me what it's like to live in this master planned community? It looks beautiful, but is the HOA extremely strict? Can a child skateboard on a cul-de-sac for example without getting complaints? Do they have parking regulations?

I know that Park west has a "Master HOA" and then each section has an addendum for that particular section. We had looked into them before when we were house hunting. Unfortunately, I cannot find links for them right now.

I've got one that can give you a general idea. It's 122+ pages long.
If you would like a copy, just Direct Message any of the Realtors here & we can send it your way.

I live in the Village in PW. Kids can ride their skateboards, or whatever else they want! There's sidewalks everywhere and trails along the main roads. It's great to ride your bikes to the pool and to have stores and school a few minutes away.

The only parking regulation that I know of is that you have to have your cars in the driveway (not on the street) by 11 at night.

I have the HOA docs if you would like them DM me. I also live in Park West. I moved from florida and it is not anything like the HOA in Florida. I love it here.

I guess this would eliminate any late nite or New Year's Eve parties.

Those Cape style duplexes....I saw one on cl and it said it was in Dunes West, but I thought those were part of "The Gates" in Park West. Is that neighborhood good for kids? Are there children about in the Battery Condos? Thanks.
