So maybe in this case, we here are less paranoid than some health workers.

CHS has the same policy, if you work in direct patient care and you have declined to get your flu shot.

I did get mine again this year. Last year was my first. My arm was a little sore for a day or so but knock wood no flu last year and hopefully none this year.

Did you get a new shot this year? You need to get it yearly to be effective.

Speaking of flu, my neighbor just had it...down and out for a week...no fun!!
