Is there something different about water treatment plants in charlotte. I've never lived in a city where it was so apparent (ie smelly) in some many locations within the city so either our processing was different or maybe we had less locations and I just so happened not to live, work or drive by, not sure, just curious.
I smell sewage almost on a daily basis in Waxhaw and parts of Charlotte.
I don't smell it daily but I have caught a whiff of sewage around South Tryon in Steele Creek area.
