Excuses, excuses, excuses, aren't you all sick of it? Players make millions to play like professionals not paid to act like babies and we need a management & coaching staff with brass nutz. November is a great time to Fire some people!!! I'm out.
They got killed, but I didn't see them acting like babies. Although he hasn't had a very good year Newton specifically has seemed to be a lot more mature in press conferences and such this year IMO.
I would rather watch High School football at this point. It's a complete joke! When the anouncers basically quit watching and spend more time talking about protien shakes then the game on the field you know your done.
Cam needs to sit his butt down somewhere until he is healthy.
It's time for Riverboat to set sail. He was asked at half time about Cam's injury and had the nerve to say he didn't see anything wrong with Cam. Either he is a horrible liar or he is totally clueless.
First time HC and a first time GM is a recipe for disaster. Richardson needs to open his wallet and pay for some real coaching and FO help.
I was in Arizona asking, "Why is Cam still in the game? Can't they see he is hurting?" I seriously questioned the coaching staff's decision to send him back out on the field and play him into the fourth quarter. Apparently all is not well in Panther land right now.
I hope Cam doesn't resign with us and gets picked up by Houston or Buffalo in the off-season. That way our dumb fans calling for his head can watch him torch teams with a functional offensive line and running game. Meanwhile we pick up Brian St. Pierre from bagging groceries at a Wegmans in Massachusetts and go 0-billion for the next millennium.
We need a lot to get it turned around, but IMO this is what should happen:
- Fire Shula immediately
- Find OL help through free agency (immediate help)
- Try to find one of either DB/DE/WR in free agency, preferably the first two (immediate help)
- Draft a speedy WR that can stretch the field (and return kicks) in round one if a future franchise LT isn't available
- Use remaining draft picks on any combination of the following: OL, DE, LB, TE, WR, DB/S
Unfortunately, we are kinda stuck until DeAngelo and J-Stew's contracts are done. CJ also for that matter. Coming up soon, we have to pay Cam and Luke.

Panthers are in a bad place as they are screwed if they pay Cam and screwed if they let him go because they have won too many games to get a good draft pick. You know it is bad being a Panther fan if I say "Thankfully I am a die hard Browns fan and don't need to sweat the drama of the local team." Things looking up for my team...finally..
I'm not sold on the fact that Cam has what it takes to be a winner in the NFL. His pocket awareness and accuracy have been awful this year.
The biggest thing that annoys me about him is what he is doing when not on the field. Watch the greats. Manning, Brady, Rodgers, Brees, and even Luck. They are sitting with the coaches studying the defense and talking through things.
Cam is sitting on the bench with that damn towel on his head most of the time. This guy is not a leader and never will be.
