The steak house that's always been consistently good here has been Manzetti's at the Specialty Shops on the Park. Are they still there?

Thanks for the responses. We've only had three bad experiences with RC and I can't tell you how many times we've been all over the country. It just sucks that it happened last night.

Im thinking of the McNinch House for Valentines day or should I try a different steak house???

I've heard that the McNinch House is awesome, but I haven't eaten there yet.

I also went to RC. It happened to be last Xmas Eve. I thought it was okay at best. Two steaks and two sides for around 100.00 (with tip it was around 118.00) whcih I thought was generous considering the service we received. A few months afterwards I tried the Beef & Bottle. It did not look like much from the outside but the meal was awesome.

Hmm, well I am now glad that our plans to go to RC on New Years Eve got cancelled. I was a bit bummed at first, but after reading all this i'd much rather go to Hops or Longhorn or something...

I have only been to the Charlotte RC once and it was good, I have been to the one in Vegas a few times and it wasn't bad either.

Went to Del Frisco's for a cocktail event and the beef skewers melted in your mouth, they were awesome so I would love to go back for dinner.

Capital Grille only been once and had a salad, stupid lettuce. Former boss ate thier almost daily.

I ate at the Morton's in Vegas and it was good too.

The best steak I ever had was at Emril Lagasse's restaurant at the City Walk in Orlando. I like my meat well done and the steak was so tender, it was awesome. The banana creame pie was sinful!

The best thing out of all of these experiences, they were all business dinners and on the company!
