Why are you people so concerned with what other people wear? These are all socially constructed norms with the exception of clothing that is obscene or so revealing that you wouldn't want kids to see.

Because socially constructed norms are just that... socially constructed, which means such norms are dialoged in a public sphere and mutually agreed upon.

Exactly mutually agreed upon. Therefore, if you find the majority of folks to be outside what you deem socially acceptable then perhaps it is you who is outside of the social decision making process.
