I'd say he meant, "Where's your love and common sense, people?"

So you believe the word "Judge" in that verse simply means to have "common sense"? Or which words in the verse are you associating with "common sense"?

Acuteness of judgment and understanding comes with discernment:

"Study to show yourselves approved, not to disapprove of others."

Is very insightful, if you have the
ability to perceive clearly or deeply.

This is probably one of the most powerful standards of living for any Christian given to us. May we live up to it daily.
1 Cor 11:31 'But if we judged ourselves rightly, we should not be judged.', is synonymous with 1 John 1:9 'If we acknowledge our sins, He is faithful and righteous to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.'

Whenever you as a believer commit a sin, you should immediately name it to God. In doing so you are agreeing with God that you sinned. God then says something like ''That sin was judged at the cross, you are forgiven, case dismissed.'' That's grace.

Always keep short accounts.

Many are completely insensitive to their surroundings and ignorant without the ability to discern objectively or wisely.
Especially, when it comes to certain actions which are opposed to good sense and discretion; lacking sound judgment.

Including, the so called believers.

Again, it depends on the spirit, motive and attitude in which judgment is being done.

When one is already deceived about the Spirit one is responding to their motives and attitude are irrelevant. "Judge not . . ." is safest.

"For God gave us a Spirit (contrary to popular opinion), not of fear; but of power, love, and self-control."

I exercise these constantly, specially the last one.
It keeps me, healthy, wealthy, and wise.
