That acts just like a greeting or mailing address does for any letter. It does NOT constrain the instructional content and clarifications about the Gospel being spread to errant churches.

Hebrews 9:27

It is appointed for men to die once, and after this comes judgment.

Where does it say God's mercy ends?

Do you believe God desires to save all people? From your previous responses in this thread it sounds like you don't think He does. Just wondering.
Yes, scripture indicates God desires all to come to saving knowledge of Him.

::sigh::

If you look at 1 Cor. 3, you can see Paul is talking to those who are building on the foundation of Christ. Unbelievers can't do that.

It doesn't, Pleroo. The whole point of mercy is to ameliorate a judgment. So that is when mercy would apply . . . at judgment . . . not before! We will reap what we sow . . . that is the judgment we face. That is when mercy will apply. This whole misunderstanding arises from the mistaken idea that salvation is about avoiding judgment for our lives. Our salvation has nothing to do with us or our lives. It is entirely the achievement of Christ FOR US as we are. It is what makes eternal life and the connection to God possible for us ALL. What we reap in that eternal life and the consequences we will face are the result of the spiritual state (development/maturity) of our embryo Spirit when it is reborn as Spirit upon our death. If we have tried to cultivate "agape love for God and each other" daily and repent when we didn't . . . we will be in much better shape (more developed/mature) spiritually then those who did not do that . . . or even try. I place my faith in God's love even for them and any emergency spiritual incubators or whatever that might be needed to correct their spiritual state.

::Sigh:: My young friend . . .I am certain I have studied the Bible passages far more thoroughly than you and from a much wider perspective. The purpose of the Gospel does not depend on the audience being addressed. It depends on what Christ wanted communicated. Christ did NOT want His gospel communicated ONLY to some group who consider themselves special in His or God's eyes. There are no such people. It is an invention of human vanity and hubris. When Christ was reborn as Spirit (resurrected) His Holy Spirit (Comforter) became available to ALL of us within our consciousness . . . not just some special few. What distinguishes His followers is believing ON Him and following His INNER guidance to what God has "written in our hearts" under the New Covenant . . . NOT whether or not they consider themselves special by claiming to believe IN Him.

Then God who "IS"(HELLO!!!!) Merciful is no longer merciful ?. There's no can be or maybe about God. He IS.

God cannot change who He IS. He is over abounding in all that He is, you cannot exhaust who He IS. He's the God that keeps on giving of all that He IS.

Luke 16, for one. Quit trying to make scripture say something it doesn't.
