If a state allows group marriages then it can not prohibit some group marriages.
You seem to be confused. If Nebraska said that only men can have a CCP, then they would be in violation of the 14th because they are excluding women from having a CCP.
That was never the case with marriage, by the way

No, because there is no nationwide CCP. The 14th applies to a STATE not treating citizens of that STATE equally. Like if state A only gave licenses to white christian men, but not anyone else. That would be a violation of the 14th. Just like a state allowing a man to marry a woman, but not allowing a woman to marry a woman was a violation of the 14th.

Nope. If there was a federal law that said all states must honor state permits you could CC in any state. Same-sex marriage is federal law. ALL states must issue marriage licenses. Ms. Davis can't discriminate.

That is incorrect. Some states have reciprocal agreements with other states regarding some types of licenses, such as guns, electricians, plumbers, etc. Lawyers and insurance agents, on the other hand, have to be licensed by each state in which they practice. All states recognize each others' drivers licenses, car registrations, and marriage licenses.
Like I said here, if two states have reciprocity agreements on concealed carry permits, then one would recognize the other's permit. In some cases, you would also need to check compliance for all the states you would be passing through going from Nebraska to New York.
I know where my licenses and permits are valid. I checked to see which states my issuing state had reciprocity with.
