A Lake is a safe haven, not one of thundering condemnation.
Where humanity is utterly destroyed or eternally tormented.

You're the one who is claiming it. Where in scripture does it define a lake as a safe haven?

please be considerate and back up what you post

A lake on earth is a safe haven (unless you are without a boat or floation device).
The bible refers to a Lake of fire, not just a lake.

Is fire pleasant, would a whole lake of it be pleasant? just some thoughts
Someone sent me a message, so let me respond briefly with this verse as a thought:

And He sat down and began teaching the people from the boat. When, He had finished speaking.
He said to Simon, "Put out into the deep water, and let down your nets for a catch."

Now, ask yourself who it is, that is a consuming fire?

Lake
Probably from limen (through the idea of nearness of shore); a pond (large or small).
Apparently, it's a primary word that means; a harbor or haven.

Perhaps, one for instructing or teaching?
