When I was lost I used to look forwards to weekends, which were filled with sinful acts, thoughts and desires. After I met Christ, my desire for those things died. It didn't make me 100% sinless, but the desire for habitually sinful lifestyle died.

If by "Christians" this article is referencing "born again believers" i.e. fundamentalist Christians, I am not at all surprised.
Just look at the Duggar family. Look at the plethora of fallen televangelists from Swaggert to Haggard who have preached against the very things they were found doing.

Having been raised Catholic, I have no understanding of evangelical Christian theology. Is the quote above from an evangelical Christian accurate?
Evangelical Christian lives are more tortured than others? And this is because everyone except evangelical Christians have already been condemned to hell so Satan doesn't need to bother with them?
Everyone in this world who is not an evangelical Christian faces no temptation or heartache? Because they are already doomed to burn in hell for eternity?

You are definitely a sinner, because the above is a flat out falsehood. You are spreading lies. I am not a Christian and I have access to God 24/7. God has absolutely saved my life in times of trouble, in two cases quite literally, and has worked in my life in great times of need.
